Removing existing material from the upstream face of a stacked masonry stone wall, applying a waterproofing system, and replacing the material on the east and west sides of the Upper Appleton hydropower plant. Work involves rehabilitation of a roughly 150-year-old wall founded on bedrock and approximately 20 feet tall, addressing increased seepage over the past decade. The effort covers about 365 feet west of the hydropower plant and 140 feet east of the plant, including all construction activities necessary to restore structural integrity and reduce seepage over the required 439-day performance period.
