The intent of this Request for Proposals and resulting contract is to obtain material testing and inspection services for various construction projects in Camden County. Firms responding to this Request for Proposals should have extensive experience and a knowledgeable background and qualifications in the provision of the services described herein. The County of Camden is requesting the following material testing and inspection services for various materials. Most testing services shall be in accordance with the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction 2019, Standard Input (SI) as most recently revised to the date of this proposal. Quotes for specific testing services not described in this RFP may be requested during the contract on an as-needed basis by various Camden County Departments. The FIRM selected by the County shall provide the following scope of work at a minimum. It is to be understood by the firm selected that the County will only accept material testing and inspection services that meet the needs of Camden County.
