Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Pittsburg, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
**As of October 6,2023, project was awarded to Front Signs, awarded amount is $95,051.75.** The scope of work of this Contract consists in general of the removal of the existing marquee sign at the California Theater and the installation of a changeable digital marquee sign. The scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: removal of existing marquee sign, disposal of existing marquee sign, protect in place existing marquee structure, wiring, bracing, furnishing sign, furnishing all necessary materials and equipment to install a functional digital sign, installing new digital sign on existing marquee, programming new sign, and all other work to ensure a properly functioning digital marquee sign as described in this RFP, Special Provisions, City Standard details and per Caltrans Standard Specifications. The project is located at the California Theater, 351 Railroad Avenue, Pittsburg, CA 94565.
