The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to a contractor to provide Luxury Vinyl Tile, Rubber Tile, and Base materials that are manufactured by Mannington Mills, Inc. to serve the flooring supplies at the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System.
