The State of Montana Department of Military Affairs Construction and Facility Management Office (CFMO) is soliciting bids for snow clearing services at Belgrade Readiness Center. A more complete description of the services needed is provided in Pre-Requisites titled Attachment A: Belgrade Snow Clearing SOW. Bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) must comply with the instructions and procedures presented herein. NOTE: There is a MANDATORY pre-bid walk-through to go over the bid as a whole, the scope of work specifically, and to walk the property for vendors to attain a better understanding before a contract is signed and services are needed. Only vendors that attend will have bids considered for award. See Mandatory Pre-Bid Walk-Through pre-requisite for additional information such as date and time. Vendors are encouraged to submit questions through the Q&A Board for anything they need clarification on and/or to ask if modifications would be acceptable (must provide suggested modification and explanation why a change is requested). The Q&A Board is under Tools on the left-hand side of the page.
