The Boston Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for BHA - Site Beautification - Elders Garden at Franklin Field, Boston, Massachusetts for the Boston Housing Authority in Boston, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by CBA Landscape Architects LLC. The Project consists of: Removal of brush, pruning of existing trees, installation of new fencing, concrete paving, stonedust paving, raised planters, site seating, water utilities, electric utilities, site lighting, shade structure, storage shed, and planting of trees and shrubs. The work is estimated to cost $442,745 (including the work covered by all Add Alternates). Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Boston Housing Authority
