Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Haverford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project involves the rehabilitation of two (2) basketball courts in the Township including repair/resurfacing of the existing surface, installation of new posts and backboards, removal of fencing, and replacement of concrete curb and sidewalk. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/24/2023 5:00 PM BID TYPE Fixed Fee Contract All parks where the work is to be completed are located in residential neighborhoods. The Contractor must ensure that their work does not interfere with the ability of residents to conveniently and safely access their property at all times. B. The Contractor must ensure that daily access is provided for municipal trash removal services, public and private school bus services, and all other typical services provided to the surrounding area. C. The Contractor must ensure that all work and staging areas do not interfere with the adjacent activities throughout the park, or in any manner create a safety hazard to the users of the park or adjacent residents. D. The contract includes designated access routes from a public street through the parks to the courts. This route must be utilized for access of all equipment to the court area. No other route will be permitted unless written permission is provided by the Township.
