Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids for all labor, equipment, permits, fees, and materials necessary to demolish and dispose of the existing electrical switchboard and 500KVA dry-type transformer, and turnkey installation of a new fully functional electrical switchboard, transformer, and panel board, at Monacan High School located at: 11501 Smoke tree Drive, Richmond, VA 23236. Questions which may arise as a result of this solicitation may be addressed to Tyler Tingler, Senior Contract Officer, at (804) 717-6311, or by email to procurement@chesterfield.gov. Inquiries must be received no later than August 10, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. in order to be considered. All work shall be completed during summer break 2024 (June 17, 2024 - July, 20, 2024). Contractor shall identify and provide records for all materials, equipment, or other components of the project that are long lead-time items, within seven (7) calendar days of Notice to Proceed Acceptance. Long lead time items are defined as having a delivery date that is after June 17, 2024. If the project schedule is unattainable solely due to lead-time, the project shall be completed during summer break 2025 (June 16, 2025 - July 18, 2025).
