The City of Passaic will forward any addendums or clarifications to those who obtained specifications directly from the City of Passaic or put the City of Passaic Division of Purchasing on notice of having received the specification. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The successful bidder will need to comply with all provisions of prevailing wage rates determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor. The City Council has the right to consider bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirement of N.j.s.a. 10:5-31 Et. Seq., and N..j.a.c. 17:27. The scope of work within the Alternate Bid A will consist of milling, resurfacing, ADA ramp construction and associated sidewalk transitions to ADA Ramps and curb, installation of pavement striping, and resetting of all sanitary structures and storm drainage structures along Hoover Avenue from the approximate intersection with Jefferson Street to Washington Place (Sta. 12+00 - Sta. 16+35) within the City of Passaic.
