Reference Number 0000326871 The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing labor, equipment materials and required permits for cleaning of Sludge Storage and Digester Tank(s) and safe removal of sewage sludge, grit, rags, scum and grease from sludge digesters and sludge storage tank(s) and equipment necessary to remove/transport all solids/liquids and disposal of such from each tank disposing it in a manner compliant with local, state and federal regulations. The Contract duration is for eighteen (18) months. The Contract may be extended by mutual consent of the parties for an additional eighteen (18) months term with all prices, terms and conditions remaining the same as the original contract.
