Scope of the construction drawings consists exterior hurricane hardening of the existing City Hall Building. The scope of work includes replacement of all fenestration, doors, roofing materials and remedial structural hardening of openings to meet current wind loads as specified by Florida Building Code, High Velocity Wind Zone. The envelope of the structure is to be brough to this standard as best possible.
