Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Seabrook, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Seabrook seeks competitive bids to complete the grading and drainage plan. The project consists of relocating soils on site, hauling additional soils from City's stockpile located two miles from the project site, compacting and grading the soils per the plans. It is highly recommended site visits are made before bid submittal. All questions, comments or requests for clarification must be in WRITING. Every request for such interpretation must be in writing addressed to the Purchasing Coordinator, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, TX 77586, or emailed to Gerald Pierce, gpierce@seabrooktx.gov. The City of Seabrook seeks competitive bids to complete the grading and drainage plan. The project consists of relocating soils on site, hauling additional soils from City's stockpile located two miles from the project site, compacting and grading the soils per the plans. It is highly recommended site visits are made before bid submittal. With Bid Submission, all BIDDER's must submit a bid bond for an amount equal to not less than 5% of the total price of the project. Upon execution of contract, prior to work beginning, the CONTRACTOR awarded this project will provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price.
