1. This Subcontractor shall furnish and install all Earthwork & Erosion Control work. 2. Labor & equipment to complete stripping of Topsoil, soil cut & fill as required. Topsoil needs to be stored offsite. 3. Labor, equipment, and materials to import structural fill. 4. Labor and equipment to scarify and recompact subgrade as required. 5. Subcontractor to include all Backfilling after foundations walls, precast or other site walls to final grade elevations as shown in contract documents. 6. Labor, material, and equipment to import and place topsoil. Topsoil to be completed near completion of project after site concrete, or as direction by Superintendent. 7. Labor, material, and equipment to over-excavate building foundations and under slab on grade per Geotech report. 8. PROVIDE ALLOWNACNE: Labor and equipment to remove & export Spoils from other Scope of Work, including but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, and utilities spoils. Subcontractor to properly remove and dispose of soils as required by city, state, or federal regulations. 9. Labor, materials, and equipment to backfill and rough grade new paving areas as shown in the Contract Documents. Including placement of structural fill and proof rolling as required. 10. Furnish and install all erosion control measures for the project as defined by the Contract Documents (C3.02), including but not limited to, silt fabric, stabilized entrances, inlet filters, filter areas, straw waddles, temporary seeding, etc. This is the HSEC 2 Earthwork and Excavation Package
