Demolition and site work for a civil project in Bedford, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
NOTICE: THIS SOLICITATION IS RESERVED FOR THE 12445522A0001-0040: Forest Service, Northeast Zone Facilities Construction and Maintenance BPA Contractor to provide all labor, tools, and equipment to: Removal and disposal of a the existing 57" deep x 67" wide x 146" long concrete tank (shown above). * Installation of a new 1800 or 1850 Gallon concrete cistern in the same as the existing one. * Installation of a 1" water line right of the tank (pictured above) to a frost-free hydrant approximately 210 feet. Includes one shutoff valve 3 feet from the cistern wall. * Installation of a second 1" water line off the left of the tank that will tee off to two frost free hydrants approximately 410 feet total (See Map). Includes one shutoff valve 3 feet from the cistern wall. * The water lines will be buried a minimum of 30 inches deep. * There are 9 existing water hydrants/faucets and appurtenances that will be removed and are shown on the plan. WATER IS NOT POTABLE The of this construction project is: between $25,000 and $100,000 Due Date: 14 August 2023 by 1200 EST *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
