Upgrade project will be based. The Equipment Manufacturers shall provide two (2) screw press dewatering systems and ancillary equipment to replace the existing one (1) belt filter press dewatering system at the Hooksett wastewater treatment facility (WWTF). The Equipment Manufacturers shall provide one (1) lump sum price for the two (2) screw press units and all ancillary equipment associated with the screw presses. Written questions or requests for interpretation of the Bidding Documents will be accepted via e-mail no later than Monday, August 28th, 2023 at 4 p.m. Requests should be sent to: Ross Baker, Project Engineer rbaker@underwoodengineers.com Responses to questions will be compiled and issued by Addendum via e-mail to all parties invited to submit a proposal by end of day on Wednesday, August 30th, 2023. Equipment Manufacturers must acknowledge receipt of the Addendum. The Hooksett Sewer Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bid proposals submitted and waive informalities and technicalities.The Commission will review and analyze each proposal, and reserves the right to interview selected Equipment Manufacturers. The Commission shall select the Equipment Manufacturer, which in the Commission's opinion, has made the proposal best suited to the needs and goals of the Commission and its operations and deemed to be in compliance with the terms of the Bid Documents.
