Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Youngstown, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,600-square-foot clubhouse / community center; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction began January 14, 2025 and is expected to be complete July 2025. Construction will include but is not limited to approximately 15,576 SF of interior renovation and exterior renovation for the Youngstown branch of the Boys and Girls Club of America. The project includes a fully renovated interior, new interior finishes and an exterior refresh that includes paint, new windows, masonry cleaning and repointing, and limited areas of masonry infill. The scope also includes new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and a new mezzanine with corresponding structural system. Additionally, there will be new site work consisting of a new concrete sidewalk and asphalt drop-off lane, new curbed landscape turn-around island, new on-building and pole signage. The contractor shall provide a sub-contractor list and a bid breakdown by the sub-contractor. The contractor shall provide a Bid Breakdown Summary Sheet of all divisions with their Base Bid proposal provided with this Invitation to Bid.
