Project budget : 4,050,000 Design and construction. The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration (DECA) is seeking professional design services for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) for Phase A-C design for a more modern facility that will meet today's safety, employee health, and building codes. The new facility will be designed using current prototypes for a 100' long by 80' wide Maintenance Facility, a 40' by 50' Section Engineers Office, a 1/2 Vaulted Dome/Shed capable of holding approximately 3000 tons of salt, and an Equipment Storage shed having six bays at 15' wide by 24' deep by 15' in height to the rafters. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
