Any person who plans to bid on the project may submit to the Owner a written request for an interpretation of any part of the Plans and Specifications or Contract Documents. Requests for interpretationsshall be made not lessthan ten (10) days priorto the opening of bids A. Removals/Demolition i) Maintain access per the plan notes. (See plan sheet 5.03 for the forklift route and sheet 12.08 for lane closures and pedestrian detour/diversion.) ii) Maintain a clean edge on existing pavements when new concrete pavement abuts. iii) If ADA-compliant sidewalk and/or approach removal is necessary, it is the Contractor's responsibility to restore the sidewalk and approaches to meet current design practices. B. Sanitary Sewer i) Verify locations and elevation of tie-in locations: (1) Parole office service through foundation wall (2) Pheasant Industries office service through foundation wall (3) Existing manhole EXSANMH (See sheet 7.01 of plans.) ii) Alternative #1 Boring from Sta. 1+39.10 to Sta. 4+50.40. (See Plan Sheet 7.01) C. Surface Restoration: i) Maintain existing grades on concrete to be replaced. ii) Trench Drain (State furnished): 10 - 2'0" frame with type A grate, no ends.
