Reference Number 0000326967 It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for the maintenance of the air filtration system at the Fire & Police Academy, Pistol Range, 1190 Scottsville Road, Rochester, NY. 1.2 The services include, but are not limited to: 1.2.1 Filter replacement. Preventative maintenance to maintain efficiency of lead exhaust filtering system. 1.2.3 Emergency service on exhaust unit should it become inoperative. 1.2.4 Disposal of, as leaded waste, lead-contaminated filters and any lead-contaminated material generated during the clean-up process. Placement of all scrap metal and lead shot in 5 gallon drums, labeled in accordance with EPA and DOT regulations, and taken by the contractor. 1.2.6 Removal of all lead shot from the bullet trap, floor and surrounding area.
