Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a transportation facility in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for the addition of a transportation facility.
Construction was completed November 2025. Ogden Airport Terminal Remodel Contractor will be responsible for construction coordination for the selective demolition of parts of the existing terminal building, building a new elevator, additions to the holding room and 2nd floor offices for staff, revision of the terminal main floor for improved flow and security including a TSA screening station. Coordination with the restaurant business that will stay in operation and allow for shared use of some of the space in the event that an air carrier is activated at the airport prior to construction completion. A project manual is incorporated by reference and available from the Ogden City Purchasing website. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal as it best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to issue contracts to multiple vendors. Ogden City encourages and welcomes proposals from local, small, women and minority owned businesses and other disadvantaged business enterprises.
