Site work, paving and new construction of a fire / police facility in Port St Lucie, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,813-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. The St. Lucie County Fire District is seeking to obtain proposals from qualified proposers for the construction of the SLCFD Fire Station No. 20 in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this RFP. Fire Station No. 20 will be situated on an approximately 2.5-acre parcel located tentatively at 12440 SW Village Pkwy, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34987. Proposals submitted shall include all material, labor, equipment, tools, service, transportation, and supervision necessary to properly complete the work in a safe, effective, and efficient manner and in accordance with the terms of this RFP. This is for a new 11,813 GSF fire station including: a one story structure with electrical systems, mechanical systems, fire protection, and plumbing. Site work includes new sidewalks, asphalt, concrete driveway, parking lot, drainage, site lighting, and landscape improvements. The structure is composed of concrete slabs on grade, structural CMU walls, interior metal stud framing and TPO and standing seam metal roofing on steel roof joists over metal deck. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to Spring 2024. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
