The Contract will be valid for a period of three (3) years. However, the Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Contract as soon as the amount of the work carried out reaches the Value of the Contract, regardless of the time elapsed between the start of the Contract and that moment. The Ecole de technologie superieure having its head office at 1100 Notre-Dame Street West, Montreal (hereinafter "Owner"), is requesting Tenders for the purpose of allocating a work-on-demand contract for fire protection work including the approximate monetary value is estimated at $300,000. This work is required to meet the redevelopment, renovation and maintenance needs of the Owner's assets and will be carried out in the various buildings of its campus located in Montreal in the quadrilateral of Ottawa, de la Montagne, St-Jacques and Montfort streets. Work could also be carried out in other premises located nearby. The buildings where the work is carried out remain in operation during the work.
