The Cabell County Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the new Build-Out for the Woody Williams Center for Advanced Learning Careers. All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid for this project as required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder's Contractor license number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the right to waive minor informalities and procedures in bidding, and the right to withhold final award of contract for 30 days after opening bids
