Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Kenilworth, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a 21,840-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

New 2-Story Addition to be constructed at the west end of the existing school with a Middle School main entrance and drop-off area at Monroe Avenue. A new 2-story link will connect the addition to the existing building. The addition will house both Middle and High School grades with Science Labs on the 1st floor and general classrooms and Administration Office Area on the 2nd floor, for a total gross square feet of 21,840 SF. An Athletic Lobby addition will be constructed at the south side of the existing school off the Gymnasiums, with outdoor ramp and stair access. Interior alterations include classrooms on the 2nd floor, converting the existing Auxiliary Gym to a Multi-purpose Room with HVAC replacement, and finishes upgrades at the Auditorium.
