Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The purpose of the project is to rebuild, redevelop and expand the West parking lots located in section 42 of the Port of Montreal. Briefly, the West Parking Works consist, but are not limited to, the realization of the following elements: Civil and landscape architecture: Reconstruction, redevelopment and expansion of the existing parking lot; Reconstruction of the drainage system, including the integration of a retention pond and a stormwater treatment unit; Relocation of a fire hydrant; Construction of an embankment with retaining wall and fences; Construction of a concrete slab for dining area and integration of furniture; Construction of a pavement structure, including the addition of concrete sidewalks and curbs; Development of sports fields; Landscaping and fencing. Electrical: Installation of an electrical panel (APM pre-purchase), including electrical and telecommunications distribution on site; Reconstruction of the lighting network and integration of luminous bollards; Installation of charging stations (APM pre-purchase) and development for future stations; Supply and installation of lifting barrier systems; Access control and camera: Access control including, but not limited to, the provision and installation of pedestals, card readers and intercom for lifting barriers and pedestrian gates; Supply and installation of cameras, including wiring and related works; Supply and installation of equipment and accessories such as wiring, controllers, fittings and others; Programming and commissioning of camera access systems. The Contractor shall carry out the Work without interruption, with diligence and with a sufficient number of crews to ensure that all the Work to be carried out under the project is completed within the following deadlines: Nine (9) consecutive calendar weeks following the order to begin Work 2023; Eight (8) consecutive calendar weeks during the spring of 2024 to complete all remaining Work under the contract. All Work must be completed by June 14, 2024.
