Where a particular craft is not listed in the prevailing wage rates, the contractor shall contact the Department's rate determination department to determine the rates that will apply to satisfy the Act's Requirements. Dushore Borough reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technical defects and irregularities. The work to be done under this Contract, as shown on the Drawings and Specifications, shall include the furnishing and complete installation of all materials and any other necessary work required for proper completion, operation and use of the facilities. All the equipment, materials and labor that may be necessary to complete the work and place it in satisfactory operation, implied or intended in the Plans and Specifications, shall be furnished and/or installed without extra cost to the OWNER.
