SCOPE OF WORK On-call aviation architectural engineering services may include, but are not limited to the following projects and are anticipated to be Federally-funded or locally: Montrose Regional Airport 1. Multi story parking garage 2. Runway 13/31 crossing rehabilitation 3. Terminal expansion 4. Baggage claim expansion 5. Slurry seal runway 13/31 6. Slurry seal south ramp 7. Construct 3 new J lines 8. Design and Construct bus terminal 9. Construct and pave Airport Road 10. Construct parallel taxiway Bravo from Charlie to Bravo approach 11. Install new pivot gates 12. Rehabilitate airport drainage 13. Install Wig Wag lights on 13/31 14. Design new hangar area parallel to runway 17/35 15. Design SRE building 16. Design Fire Station Hopkins Field Airport 1. Wildlife Perimeter Fencing 2. Ramp rehabilitation 3. Parallel taxiway 4. Ramp lighting 5. Design hangar taxiways The projects listed above may require performance of the following, or additional activities: Design study to establish framework and detailed work program Data collection Requirements determination Development schedule and cost estimate Financial planning and cost benefit analysis Participation in public information/community involvement program and/or public hearing Page 4 of 6 Environmental assessment and other study in compliance with FAA Orders 5050.4 and 1050.1 Respondents shall understand that the proposed projects are subject to availability of Federal funds and may be deleted or modified accordingly. All Federally-funded projects will comply with all Federal statutes and FAA regulation, policies, guidance and advisory circulars.
