As of October 17, 2023, project was awarded to Ermco but awarded amount is not available. 1. This Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the inclusion of all overhead, insurance, permits, supervision, coordination, labor, equipment, tools, material, material handling, hoisting, rigging, surveying, layout, temporary enclosures, etc. to complete the following a. Division 00 - Procurement & Contracting Requirements b. Division 01 - General Requirements c. All other specification sections are included in this Bid Package. d. Gainbridge Fieldhouse Domestic Hard Water Piping drawings stamped 7/7/23. 2. Schedule Completion a. Time is of the essence. Gainbridge Fieldhouse is scheduled to host events, including but not limited to the Indianapolis Pacers. Therefore, the milestone dates MUST be met. b. Contractors work hours are limited to night shift work hours of 11:00pm to 7:00am. It should be noted that some events may impact the start time and the facility will adjust finishing times to the extent possible in these instances. Contractor to provide additional crews as necessary to support the project schedule. Deadline for submittal of questions August 18, 2023
