Installation of service pole, light pole, equipment rack, conduit and wiring, relocation of existing ultrasonic senor, and related work Contractors must comply with the PA Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates, as specified in the Contract Documents. Except as otherwise expressly permitted by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after date of opening. Summit Township Sewer Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any item or combination of items contained in any bid and to waive any irregularities in conjunction therewith. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to only those parties recorded by Engineer as having purchased a full set of the Bidding Documents.
