**As of September 12, 2023, project was awarded to Standard Contractors Inc, awarded amount is $1,238,927.56.** The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the proposed Pickleball Court Complex as shown on the construction drawings. In general, construction consists of the conversion of four existing tennis courts into eight pickleball courts, court resurfacing, fencing, lighting, a 40' x 60' covered pavilion with associated electrical, mechanical and plumbing fixtures and other associated measures for the complete project. This work will be awarded in one (1) contract with a 180 consecutive calendar day construction schedule. Contractor License: Any Contractor submitting a bid must be a licensed General Contractor in the State of Georgia. License numbers must be written on the face of the bid envelope. No bid will be opened unless the license number is clearly shown. See Instructions to Bidders for additional bidding requirements. All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid.
