Renovation of a water / sewer project in Clare, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website. Water Tower Improvements. Dry Interior Coating: Spot power tool clean the spot coating failures throughout to a SSPCSP11 standard. Apply a spot two (2) coat epoxy system to the prepared surfaces. Removal of existing condensate pipe and installation of 21/2" new drain piping. Installation of watertight seals on all hatches and non corrodible #24 mesh screens on all other openings. Overflow pipe discharge modifications to meet EGLE requirements. Replace existing wet interior roof hatch. Replace light fixtures in the dry interior. Replace the dry interior light bulbs. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Bidders are responsible to research Addendums and Acknowledge Addendums on the Bid form. Addendums will be posted, at least three (3) days prior to Bid Opening, on the GFA website at www.gfa.tc, go into the Project Center, Advertisementsfor Bids, then select the appropriate Project. Failure of any Bidder to obtain any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such Bidder from any obligation under his Bid, assubmitted. All Addenda, so issued, shall become part of the Contract Documents.
