Description: 1. Selective Demolition 2. Exterior closure, including windows 3. Interior construction, including partitions, doors, interior glazed openings, and fittings. 4. Fire-protection specialties 5. Interior finishes including finish carpentry, architectural woodwork, interior specialties, and floor and ceiling finishes. 6. Toilet, bath and laundry accessories 7. Plumbing fixtures 8. Domestic water distribution 9. Sanitary waste 10. HVAC systems and equipment 11. HVAC instrumentation and controls 12. HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing 13. Electrical service and distribution 14. Exterior and interior lighting 15. Fire alarm and smoke alarm No responsibility shall be attached to any person for the premature opening of a bid not properly identified. No oral proposals or modifications will be considered. The work of this project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. and the federal Davis Bacon Act, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148. Payment of the wages, fringe benefits and overtime rates that are most beneficial to the employees are required. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or bank cashiers check payable to the Plainfield Park District for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid.
