This work shall be done in strict accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Anthony James Partners for The Pennsylvania State University, Owner. B. All construction shown on the contract drawings and not expressly mentioned in the specifications and all work specified and not shown on the drawings, but obviously necessary to the proper execution of same, shall be performed by the Contractor, as it is not the intent to delineate or describe every detail and feature of work. No additions to the contract sum will be approved for any materials, equipment, and/or labor to perform work hereunder unless it can be clearly shown to be beyond the scope and intent of the drawings and specifications and absolutely essential to the proper prosecution of the work. C.
