Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Stockton, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Village of Stockton is accepting Statements of Qualifications from consultants for Engineering services (PE2 & PE3) for its Downtown Sidewalk Improvement Project. The Village of Stockton was awarded an ITEP grant, with grant funds being allocated for construction engineering/observation services and for construction of the overall sidewalk project. The Downtown Sidewalk Improvement Project is located in the Village's Downtown District. The project will include improvements on Main St/Route 78 and Front Avenue. The scope of construction entails a complete removal and reconstruction of the sidewalk network, bump outs, decorative lighting, curb and gutter, storm sewer, pavement patching, and related work. The evaluation criteria and weighting for this project is as follows: IDOT Familiarity - 25%, Qualified Engineer - 25%, Downtown Streetscape Experience - 25%, Engineer Workload - 10%, Staff Capabilities - 10%, Proposed Timeframe - 5%. The Statement of Qualifications must not contain any cost information. All proposals shall include a conflict of interest form. Proposals will be evaluated, and at least 2 consultants will be short-listed and considered for this project. As of August 15, 2023, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
