Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) requests proposals for snowplowing service for a three (3) year period starting with winter season 2023/2024 with two (2) additional one (1) year terms renewable annually at the sole discretion of the NFTA. Services shall include snowplowing, snow removal, and surface salting services. The Contractor is responsible for providing salt for all locations. There are a total of four designated locations: two (2) main locations and two (2) on-call locations. The main locations require snow plowing and salting services, and two (2) on-call locations require snow plowing, salting and snow removal services on an "as-needed" basis. Contractors are responsible for including the cost of salt for all locations in their cost proposal. Contractors may submit proposals for all locations and/or service for those which they would like to be considered. Multiple contracts may be awarded to the on-call locations based on location, service, and primary and secondary assignments of Contractors.
