The City of Rock Hill intends to pre-select one Thermal Dryer System Supplier to furnish an indirect thermal dryer system to be included in the Contract Documents for installation as part of the Biosolids Processing Facility Project for the Manchester Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility. Question Submission Deadline September 5, 2023, 4:00pm If the System does not demonstrate satisfactory Performance Tests in which all of the Performance Conditions have been met, then System Supplier shall have up to 180-days (calendar days) from the beginning of the first Performance
