As of 9/12/23 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded in October 2023. Rehabilitation of Woodlands and Harding Run I Sewage Pump Stations Contract No. 16 Includes the Furnishing of All Labor, Materials, and Equipment Necessary to Complete the Work Described in the Specifications and Shown in the Provided Drawings The contract includes comprehensive reconstruction of the Woodlands pump station and the replacement of existing sewage pumps and control panel at Harding Run I Sewage Pump Station in Hamilton Township, Atlantic County, New Jersey. The work shall be completed within one hundred eighty (180) days of the Notice to Proceed or subject to liquidated damages of $500.00 per day No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, provided that the said security need not be more than $20,000 nor less than $500.00 and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received.
