Renovation of a military facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
OMD is soliciting sealed Bids for Exhaust Fan at Portland Air National Guard Base located in Portland, OR, Construction cost for bonding purposes only is estimated to be $30K to $40K for Base Bids. Bidders and subs must be registered with the Oregon CCB at time of bid. The project is subject to BOLI requirements. Questions regarding the ITB must be made in writing to Nathan Brumfield, via email to nathan.brumfield@omd.oregon.gov by the specified deadline in the ITB. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract to install explosion proof exhaust fan in building 290 at Portland Air National Guard ("PANG") Base for the benefit of Oregon Military Department ("OMD"). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the ITB and Contract Documents. Project includes installing fan, to include electrical, exhaust, and concrete cutting. Project to be completed in accordance with the technical specifications, drawings, and all requirement of this solicitation.
