Description

Work involves the supply of all material, labour, equipment and supervision for construction of new transition center building. The project is intended to house approximately 61 personnel with an estimated total gross floor area of 1,537 m2, a 68-stall parking lot, 6m-wide, 120m long asphalt access road. Included within the facility will be staff of the CAF Transition Centre (CAF TC) with identified workspaces, reception areas, as well as individual, group and specialized counselling and therapy spaces. Work will also include provision of utilities to the site and provision of IT and furniture as required. Building will be registered to LEED Silver rating, including achieving certification.
