Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA/the Agency) has determined that all bidders for the construction of various unspecified projects for the period of FY 23/24 to 28/28 and for Project EN23100 Main Office Engineering and Board Room must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid on the project (s). Work includes minor building refurbishment/remodelling and repairs on a yearly basis. It is mandatory that any contractor (RESPONDENT) who intends to submit a bid, submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) package per this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and be approved by IEUA to be on the Qualified Bidder's List for this project. No bid will be accepted from a contractor that has failed to comply with these requirements. If interested parties are in a joint venture, the SOQ must include both parties in its entirety.
