To provide Broward County Water and Wastewater Services ("BCWWS") with a planning document which provides recommendations for retail potable water and wastewater system improvements for the current condition and the future planning horizon year 2045 including the interim years 2025, 2030, 2035, and 2040. This Master Plan will address the retail facilities within all four BCWWS service areas (known as "Districts" 1, 2, 3A and 3BC). Price will not be considered in the final evaluation and rating of the qualified firms. Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 287.055, CCNA Act, Price will not be considered in the final evaluation and rating of the qualified firm. The Agreement is anticipated to be negotiated based on a maximum not-to exceed, based on the County's best interest. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
