Site work and paving for a civil project in Naperville, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Naperville is soliciting responses from experienced and qualified transportation, engineering or planning consulting firm to update its Road Improvement Plan. The goal of this procurement is to develop a multi-year plan for intersection and roadway capacity improvements that will reduce travel times, delay, and vehicle emissions. All questions concerning the RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to the attention of Shanel Gayle, gayles@naperville.il.us no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. A written response in the form of an addendum may be issued as appropriate. No contact with any other City employee or Selection Team member shall be made during the RFQ process.If you choose not to respond, please fill out the enclosed NO BID form and return it to the City as soon as possible. Any incomplete submittals may be rejected as non-responsive. Infrequent or first time users of electronic bidding are requested to load their responses 24 hours prior to opening and the City will be available to help with any issues or questions up until September 6, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
