Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier s check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Village of Richfield. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof, to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids, and to accept any bid, in part or whole, which is deemed most favorable to the Village. All construction work is to be started within 30 days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed and substantially completed by within 30 days after the arrival of the columbariums. Contractor must work continuously to minimize the duration of construction.
