Per the owner, as of September 5, 2024, this project has been completed. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ................ Peachtree Corners Town Green Drainage and Sodding. Contractors are anticipated to provide the design and installation services for a subsurface drainage system and new sod for the 0.5-acre Town Green. The scope of work consists of location of underground utilities and irrigation components; excavation, removal, and disposal of existing turf and approximately 12” of soil; excavation of trenches required for installation of subsurface drainage system and removal of spoils; installation of geotextile fabric as needed; installation of perforated piping and stone encasement; installation of drainage stone over entire lawn area; installation of sand-based root zone soil; installation of Bermuda sod, restoration and resetting of irrigation system.
