Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Brownsville, Texas. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

It is the intent of the Brownsville Independent School District, (BISD), Brownsville, Texas to enter into an agreement for approximately $50,000 of Plumbing Service Work based on hourly charges as hereinafter specified. BISD reserves the right to increase or decrease this approximate amount This bid is scheduled to be awarded November 7, 2023. The term of this contract is for 1 year with the option to renew up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. This contract will be valid for a twelve (12) month period within three (3) weeks following the School Board award date with an option to extend for up to a six (6) month period after expiration date; unless otherwise noted on the scope of work included in these specifications. The six (6) month extension will be done in writing and will be submitted for School Board approval as needed and only after mutual agreement between the District and the awarded vendors.
