The AHA is soliciting and accepting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured consultants or companies, demonstrating their qualifications, past performance and interest for this work. The term Proposer used herein shall mean proposers, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations. Deadline for Submitting Questions: August 25, 2023, At 4 PM. All questions must be submitted via email to Joseph Nagel, Construction Project Manager via Email at jnagel@alamedahsg.org, with copy to Sarah Raskin, Housing Development Specialist, at sraskin@alamedahsg.org. Responses to questions will be posted to this announcement page within 3 business days of the deadline. All Proposers are asked to describe the tasks required to successfully carry out either one or both of the Scope of Services outlined in Exhibit D, attached hereto. However, Proposers may include additional services that the Proposer is capable of providing and which, in the Proposers opinion, would enhance the implementation of the proposed Scope of Services. Proposers must provide pricing for any additional services presented in the proposal. Pricing for all five (5) years must be included in the proposal, including any increases, broken down by year. The AHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in the RFP process, or to terminate the RFP process at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, if deemed by the AHA to be in its best interests. AHA anticipates that the proposed term for the proposed service will be for a period of three (6) months The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
