CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/24/2023 3:00 PM In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all required bonds and insurances, general superintendence, labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances, mobilization, and incidentals required to properly replace any damaged framing and exterior wood siding and prepare designated exterior surfaces for exterior priming and painting as required and completion of prescribed work associated with siding renovations as further detailed in the bid documents. This contract is subject to current Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions.
