Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade, 90-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
APN#: 261-42-01,261-42-072, 261-42-071,261-42-069, 261-42-069 Scope of work includes the ground up construction of ninety (90) units of 100% affordable multi-family housing. Structure is 4 levels of wood framing over 1 level concrete podium. Scopes include but are not limited to: excavation, grading, landscaping, structural concrete, wood framing, windows, doors, roofing, interior, and exterior finishes, etc. - The abatement and demolition of existing structures above grade has already been completed.
