Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All written questions regarding this solicitation must be sent to bids@omh.ny.gov via e-mail only by August 30th, 2023, at 3:00pm. Questions and answers will be accumulated by the Bureau of Procurement Enterprise Services and sent to all potential bidders by September 6th, 2023, at 3:00pm. Questions and Answers will also be posted to the New York State Contract Reporter Ad. Exhaust fan resizing and related wiring, equipment, controls for four units: A. Remove exhaust fan and disconnect at flexible connections on the suction and discharge. Ductwork will not be affected. B. Disconnect feeders from fan back to existing VFD. Existing VFD to be replaced. C. Install new exhaust fan and connect back to existing suction and discharge ductwork. Install new flexible connections at suction and discharge. D. Install new VFD. Connect existing power and control wires. E. Provide points listed below back to the BMS front end to match existing: Start/Stop Status Speed command Command feedback Static Pressure Low static pressure alarm Fault alarm F. Install new feeders from new exhaust fan to new VFD. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
