SCOPE OF WORK Projects may include airport planning and environmental services, airside/landside design and construction administration, airport building design, and AIP program management. The projects anticipated to occur in the next five years include: Design and Construction of FBO Hangar A new FBO Hangar is going to be evaluated and the project may include design and construction of an FBO Hangar. AWOS Replacement/Relocation A new AWOS Station location is going to be evaluated and the project may include design and construction of an AWOS Station. Review of Airport Minimums The airport minimums have recently increased. The consultant would be working with airport staff and City staff to get them lowered back to the previous minimums. T-Hangar Site Preparation, Design & Construction Hangar improvement projects are proposed for 2024 or later. These may include design, relocation and/or demolition, site preparation and construction of 10-unit T-Hangars. Design & Construction of Snow Removal Equipment Building A new snow removal equipment building is going to be evaluated and the project may include design and construction of the building. Site Preparation & Relocation of Central Wooden Hangar The existing 80 x 80 wooden hangar currently located adjacent to the AD Building is proposed to be relocated to the area south of the existing terminal. Site Preparation, Design & Construction of South Building Area This project will include site preparation for privately developed hangars, preparing parking areas, and bringing utilities to the area. Land Purchase Purchasing the land north of I90 to accommodate for future development is going to be evaluated and the land may be purchased. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all submissions to this SOQ, request clarification, or waive technicalities, if it is deemed in the best interest of the owner
